Founder and Principal, Peter is a civil engineer with 30+ years of experience in civil engineering. He provides site development, park, storm drainage, utility and roadway design for public and private sector projects. He has a passion for innovation and consistently looks for ways to save money and come up with efficient solutions.
Peter specializes in Low Impact Design and Green Stormwater infrastructure strategies. He has worked on numerous projects that incorporate sustainability metrics such as: LEED, Built Green and Evergreen Standards. When Peter isn't engineering, you can find him hanging out with his three kids, whipping up delicious meals or teeing it up.
Max Berde is a civil engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the field of civil engineering design and consulting. He provides civil engineering for site development, storm drainage, utility and roadway design for public and private sector projects.
He specializes in engagement and coordination with diverse design teams and stakeholders – engineers, architects, environmental consultants, land-use attorneys, client managers and local jurisdictions – in order to achieve project success. Max attended 41 Seattle Mariners home games in 2016, yet the M’s still missed the postseason.
As a Civil Engineer, Henry focuses on stormwater modeling and detention sizing through WWHM and MGSFlood, civil plan preparation, drainage report and SWPPP preparation, as well as, cost estimating and pipe capacity calculations. He specializes in site development and stormwater management design, primarily in low-income redevelopment projects, larger subdivision sites, and urban infill multi-family projects. A Montana native, Henry grew up skiing, mountain biking and playing hockey in Bozeman.
